Dr. Sebastian Valiyaparampil is a dedicated Catholic priest serving as the Vicar of both St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Catholic Church in Los Angeles, California, and St. Chavara Syro-Malabar Catholic Church in Bakersfield, California.
