Lifting Hearts Through Music

The Choir at St. Chavara Mission plays a vital role in enhancing the spiritual experience of our liturgical celebrations. Through music, we express our faith, lead our community in worship, and create a prayerful atmosphere that brings us closer to God.

Our Role in the Liturgy

As part of the Holy Qurbana and other special services, the choir leads the congregation in singing traditional Syro-Malabar hymns, contemporary worship songs, and seasonal liturgical music. Our voices help unite the community in prayer and praise.

Special Performances

In addition to weekly Masses, the choir performs during major feasts, Christmas and Easter celebrations, Thirunal, and other mission events.
